Also, maintenance workers should be properly screened before gaining access to a tenant’s unit.
Properly maintaining the rental is key to tenant satisfaction. Be a good example by tending to the property regularly and making speedy repairs.
Cracking down on bad tenants. The best tenants are counting on their landlord to lay down the law and enforce the rules that keep the community running smoothly.
