CSI-Style Tool Gets Pet Owners to Clean Up Their Act 

It may be surprising to know that some of the fiercest battle lines in civic dialogue are being drawn around the matter of dog poop.

Words, and more unpleasant items, are being flung between neighbors, homeowners association boards, apartment community residents and managers, community leaders, environmentalists, park advocates, and others.

People are passionate about the subject and evidence of the need to clean-up behind our pets is piling up like so much of the waste Fido and his friends deposit on a daily basis.

I rented a property to a man who said his credit was bad due to divorce. He was driving a high end car and was a member at a Vellano Country club. He was also the president of the Vellano Men’s club. I fell for his con game and rented him my nice home and he stopped paying rent past his initial deposit. This man has moved out of the home upon eviction judgement and he and his girl friend have managed to rent another place in a near by city. I am sure it’s a matter of time before they will be evacuated again but LANLORD be aware of these type of con man in this economy. YOU MUST RUN A CREDIT CHECK. This man turns out has frauded many credit card companies as well and has stolen money from his ex-wife so he is a true con man. I am sure there are many more like him so I learned my lesson to always check credit prior to renting. Just because they live a high end life stlye of country club membership, it doesn’t mean they are decent human being and will pay their bills.
