British Columbia Landlords Asked to Re-send Last Week’s Faxes

The Residential Tenancy Branch in British Columbia experienced technical difficulties with the faxed evidence line on Tuesday, April 3, 2012 and Wednesday, April 4, 2012.

As a result, all material sent during this period must be re-submitted.

Deadlines for the submission of evidence or applications continue to apply.

Evidence or applications may be submitted in person to any Residential Tenancy Branch office or any Service BC-Government Agent’s office. They may also be submitted by mail to any Residential Tenancy Branch office.

Faxed evidence may be sent to 1-866-341-1269 (Toll free) or 604-660-2363 (Lower Mainland).
